What is Women inPower?
Women inPower is a dynamic cross-sector fellowship program designed to help high-potential women-identifying leaders advance the top levels of leadership in their fields. This one-of-a-kind program provides a select group of women-identifying leaders in New York City with executive mentorship, educational training and workshops, and membership in an active community of peer leaders. Going into its eigth year, the 12-month long fellowship runs from January to December. It includes one-on-one and peer mentorship, CEO conversations, networking events, as well as educational seminars and activities that address key topics women face when taking the next step in their career. Women inPower is a unique opportunity for women-identifying leaders across sectors and industries to come together to create new pathways to career success. What truly differentiates this program from others is its focus on social impact – rooted in the deepest values of 92NY – meaning we expect graduates to use what they have learned to create a more meaningful society and a better workplace culture and environment for everyone.THE FACTS
