When do applications open for the next class?

Who is eligible to apply to the Women inPower Fellowship?
This Fellowship is open to women-identifying leaders in upper-middle management or 3-5 years away from the C-suite or equivalent in all sectors (e.g., corporate, nonprofit, media, finance, legal, etc.). The Women inPower Fellowship welcomes and encourages applicants of all nationalities, races and ethnicities, ages, sexual orientations and beliefs, gender identities and expressions, mental and physical health and abilities, and religious backgrounds and beliefs.
What is the Neurodivergent Leaders Cohort?
An expansion of our successful fellowship model, the Neurodivergent Leaders Cohort supports neurodivergent women professionals by addressing both their unique strengths and the challenges they face. While research shows that neurodivergent people bring exceptional innovation and problem-solving skills to the workplace, many still face underemployment and limited access to leadership development. Companies that embrace neurodiversity benefit significantly—Deloitte reports neurodiverse teams can be up to 30% more productive. Our fellowship supports neurodivergent women with the skills, mentorship, and community needed to reach the highest levels of leadership in their field. Read more about the launch of this cohort in Forbes.
What does it mean to be neurodivergent?
For us, a neurodivergent person is anyone who self-identifies as neurodivergent. Many define neurodivergence as someone who learns and thinks differently, including those with autism spectrum condition, ADHD, dyslexia, and other conditions.

What are you looking for in an ideal candidate?
Ideal candidates are NYC-based leaders who aspire to top levels of leadership in their sector in the next 3-5 years. They are driven, self-motivated and excited about being a part of and contributing to an exclusive community of industry leaders that will help them grow their careers. Additionally, ideal candidates are committed to fostering a more equitable workplace culture for everyone as they ascend to positions of power. Ideal candidates would be available for evening workshops 1-2 times a month.
What type of mentorship will Women inPower Fellows receive?
Each Fellow will be paired with a mentor from a pool of top executives representing a variety of industries. Mentors and Fellows will meet at least four times throughout the program for one-on-one executive-level mentoring. Matches will be made to ensure each Fellow benefits from multiple perspectives relevant to her circumstances.
What is the anticipated time commitment for being a Fellow?
Fellows will participate in workshops, networking sessions, and events from January – December, during which they will engage with the other Fellows and other program stakeholders. Fellows will also be invited to participate in program-related or sponsored events on a quarterly basis. Events are typically held on weekday evenings between 6-8PM EST. All event dates and times will be announced well in advance to allow Fellows to plan their schedules accordingly. Fellows will also be encouraged to connect with their mentors quarterly, and will be invited to attend supplemental networking sessions, industry-related events, and informal seminars throughout their Fellowship.
