The series features Ellevate Network’s Chair, Sallie Krawcheck, and other female executives and entrepreneurs, such as Ellyn Shook and Natalia Oberti Noguera. The “Women Who Lead” series is being released in conjunction with the upcoming launch of 92Y’s new Women inPower, a cross-sector fellowship program designed to help up to 20 women advance to the next stage of their careers: the C-suite. Asha Curran, Director of 92Y’s Center for Innovation and Social Impact, states, “92Y is proud to launch this initiative in partnership with Ellevate Network to amplify the voices of remarkable and diverse women leaders. Our goal is to inspire women at every stage of their careers, and to see more women propelled to the uppermost levels of leadership, where they are still so sorely underrepresented.” Sallie Krawcheck, Chair of Ellevate Network, says, “To celebrate women leaders is to celebrate diversity. And what I love about this video series is that each leader brings her unique experience, expertise and advice in a way that we hope will inspire other women to advance their careers or start a new business. We felt that working with 92nd Street Y and its Women inPower Fellowship was a natural partnership to give voice to a diverse group of women in business.” Ellevate Network is a collaborative community and educational resource for professional women who create, inspire and lead. The “Women Who Lead” lineup highlights some of today’s most influential and successful women in business.
