Lenny Mendonca: Parity for women, a $12 trillion opportunity means changing workplace for all

A recently released report “Women in the Workplace” from Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In Institute shows the extraordinary challenges women face in advancing as corporate leaders. The most shocking finding is that at the current pace of progress, it will take women 100 years to catch up to the number of men in the C-Suite.

Chicago Cubs fans may have to wait a century to reach the top, but my daughters and their colleagues don’t have the luxury of time.
